If there is a material error or inaccuracy in the report, and you submit a refund request within 48 hours of delivery, we will issue a full refund upon verification of the error.

c. Unauthorized Transactions

If you claim that a transaction was unauthorized, we will investigate by verifying whether:

• The email address used to request the report matches the email address used during payment.
• If these do not match, a full refund will be issued.
• If these do match, the transaction will be considered authorized, and no refund will be granted.
